Control system for the analytical processing of stereo images

Control aspects of a precision computer controlled stereoscope and plotter built for analytically studying stereo images are described. A discussion of stereo correlation and instrument response precedes details of the control computer and servo system. In conclusion, there is a short description of some of the devices that can be used with the instrument as an aid to data reduction from stereo imagery.
