The real work is devoted to the problem of optimization of technologies of establishing clinical diagnosis (reliable) on the basis of the use of the intellectual control system of the measures of clinical diagnostics, in which combination of ideology of inductive generalization and deductive treatment of priority row of hypotheses allows to realize the system of purposeful and successive basic data capture.
