General equations with small parameter for the theory of current synthesis on arbitrary nonclosed surfaces

The inverse problem of restoring the space of currents on an arbitrary perfectly conducting surface is solved in the most general form. General equations with small parameter describing the synthesis of currents on arbitrary unclosed surfaces are derived.
