Programming Systems for use in Research Computation

Some programming devices are described, suitable for use in a wide variety of research and routine computations, which enable the user to plan a new computation, or to modify an old one, with the minimum knowledge of the internal construction of the computer and the maximum prospects of obtaining useful results at the first attempt.
