An exact minimizer of fixed polarity Reed-Muller expansions

A new algorithm is presented that allows one to generate optimal fixed polarity Reed-Muller expansions of boolean functions. The method uses knowledge of Walsh spectra of Boolean functions, and for the majority of cases only a few Walsh spectral coefficients are needed to provide all the information on polarity matrices of Reed-Muller expansions of boolean functions.
