Daniel S. Fogel · Educational and Psychological Measurement · 1978

DYAD generates descriptions of conversational patterns of dyads based on sound- silence data. Input consists of sequential talk/notalk designations which are summarized according to a number of user supplied parameters. Output consists of descriptive matrices, including histograms and summary measures, stochastic matrices, and individual talk parameters. Related programs for collecting analogue data are also available.
