Some peculiarities in the measurement of the main polarization curve of a ferroelectric film when there is a transition layer between film and substrate

Calculations of the coulomb-volt characteristics of double-layer system — ferroelectric film and transition layer — are presented. It is shown that additional knee must appear in the main coulomb-volt characteristics.
