On semidifferentiable functions

We prove that, under suitable assumptions, the two general schemes of generalized derivatives (K-derivatives, introduced in [3], and G-derivatives introduced in [4]) are equivalent. Afterwards we analyze some properties of the G-semidifferentiable functions which are important for treating extremum problems
