An integrated approach to centralized communications network management

The complexity of current and planned teleprocessing networks has made the job of managing them more critical. Communications network management can no longer bed one randomly. The integrated approach to communications network management allows a centralized operator on NCCF to control and obtain problem determination data by utilizing resources of the network itself. This approach has been implemented witht wo new program products.
