Extreme warranty systems - hybridization

This paper presents future directions for warranty systems development based on our experience of warranty software development for world's leading vehicle manufacturers and airplane engine manufacturers. The state of the art warranty systems are discussed which establishes a basis for changes in the approach. Based on past and current trends, future warranty systems are proposed.
