A Novel Method to Resolve the Dynamic IP Address for the Server-Side Gateway over the Internet of Things

In this paper, based on the DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Service) and port mapping technology, a method about server port mapping and server-side gateway dynamic DNS is introduced, which can be applied in Data Collecting System based on the Internet of Things. In this way, the external sensor-side gateway can access the intranet server which has a dynamic IP address.
