Structure and characteristics of radar intelligent transport system has been designed. System can evaluate space required for vehicle, watch rear view, warn driver about hazards, and block hazardous driver's actions. It is also able to measure speed, find road lines, right border, and estimate vehicle reaction on driver's actions. During movement, it can warn about approaching obstacles, approaching vehicles, decipher road signs and traffic lights, and recommend motion modes
