Super-hacker Kevin Mitnick takes a plea

The case is not yet closed on notorious US hacker Kevin Mitnick who in late March was sentenced to 46 months in prison after pleading guilty to seven counts of wire and computer fraud. Mitnick still faces California State charges for computer fraud which were unaffected by his Federal Governmenr plea.
