Database Processing is an introductory level book on data base systems written in a clear, easily understood style. It contains a large number of diagrams and flowcharts which are well-integrated with the text and help to clarify some of the complex ideas that are presented. The book is divided into four major sections, following an introductory chapter on the advantages and disadvantages of the data base approach and its relation to earlier methods of file handling.
