Extraction of Development Organization in Perspective of Temporal Locality

Extracting the structural information of potential communication is very useful to understand and optimize the development organization. However, it is hard to measure potential need of communication between developers if temporal locality is ignored. This paper suggests a way to extract the development organization from software repositories in perspective of temporal locality.
