Unfortunately, a mistake in the mathematical descriptionof the action of spontaneous emission SE replaced with: “Thaterrors in thequantum trajectories picture led us to the construction of awrong quantum-error-correcting code for correction of a“known-position SE error” in Ref. 1 . Fortunately, a correctcode can easily be constructed similarly to the originallypresented code, and the results of the paper remain largelyintact, requiring small modifications as a consequence of thenew encoding only , as we now describe.
