Finding Semantic Knowledge on the Folksonomy Evolution from Metadata

Many resource repositories are aggregated data from different metadata formats. There is more of a need to show data, not only in browsing metadata tag, but more flexibly by people and applications. This paper tries to build an evolution from existing metadata and further applies it in related IT semantic applications.
