Bounded harmonic but no Dirichlet-finite harmonic

The purpose of the present note is to announce that for each n ^ 3 there exists a Riemannian n-manifold, which carries nonconstant bounded harmonic functions but no nonconstant Dirichletfinite harmonic functions.
