Method of Cumulative Sums and Problems of Optimal Control by Technological Processes

We consider the problem of optimal control by some technological process using the model of "disorder". The most important parameters of the cumulative sum method (mean delay, false alarm) may be determined by computing. Some explicit expressions of the mean delay and false alarm for the cumulative sum method in the exponential case are given.
