Image security has a wide number of applications. Image scrambling / encryption involves making the image unintelligible to the human eye. In this paper, we have proposed a novel and a highly secured technique which makes use of Kekre's Walsh Sequency for scrambling color space transformed coefficients in non sinusoidal transform domain. Five different color spaces and four different transform combinations have been used and experimental results are discussed. From the results the best performers include Haar Transform, Slant Transform and Kekre Transform.
