Existence conditions for self-orthogonal negacyclic codes over finite fields

In this paper, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditionsfor the nonexistence ofnonzero self-orthogonal negacyclic codes over a finite field,of length relatively prime to the characteristic of the underlying field.
