Abstract We propose a novel way of providing information based on a kind of steganography. A text is hidden in successive frames so that it is unnoticeable when being displayed at our developed high‐frame‐rate (480‐fps and 960‐fps) LED panels. This hidden text is decodable by viewing through a waving hand.
