Hardware and timing complexities are the major issues in current security related algorithms. Some of them shows better efficiency with respect to time and some of them reduce hardware complexities. Researchers try to solve both the problem at the same time in an efficient way. There are different existing algorithms which prove this efficiency. Here we will propose a new algorithm named as "Three Levels Three Dimensional Compact Coding (TLTDCC)" which will show better response time as well as it requires less hardware and also in security aspect, it will provide higher security. This paper explores a novelty of the work through a comparative study of the proposed algorithm with respect to different existing algorithms both in tabular method and graphically.
