A pulse-duration-stabilized complementary monostable†

Bryan L. Hart, R.W.J. Barker · International Journal of Electronics · 1973

The closely controlled mutual characteristics of modern low-cost planar transistors permit the design of a novel complementary monostable circuit which has zero standby power dissipation, a predictable pulse duration and which is suitable for use with single power supply logic systems such as transistor-transistor logic (T3L).
