Equations of State and Dynamics of an Information System Performing the Operation of Return Object Location in Radiolocation Through Conflicts

An approach is presented to forming the equation of state and the equation of dynamics for a system executing an operation of return targets location. The approach envolves a search for a functional, in analytical form, describing the duration of operation performance. For that purpose, the use was made of finite Markov chains apparatus.
