A prototyping tool for graphical software engineering tools

The paper introduces (1) a meta system, ERA Meta-Graph System, to define graphical modeling formalisms and to prototype their rule-based graphical editors, and (2) an example usage of the system to prototype some rule-based diagram editors for software designing process.
