Effect of Input Devices on Eye-Hand Coordination in Young Children

While preschoolers' practice for 4 10- to 15-min. periods each week for 6 wk. on a computerized maze using a mouse increased scores over those of a control group, there was no generalization to a paper-and-pencil task. Pre- and posttest scores on the Frostig Test of Visual Perception differed significantly, although boys and girls scored similarly.
