A java library for genetic algorithms addressing memory and time issues

In this paper we introduce a Java library for developing and testing genetic algorithms. The software architecture is aimed at addressing common issues regarding system memory and garbage collection in Java programming. In order to validate our solution, a comparison with other frameworks is provided.
