"Pascal/C++" Developer's Handbook" is a web-based system for online education, designed for students and teachers from the high school levels. We offer an educational environment of full value, enabling the decision and discussion of Pascal and C++ problems, their try out via the emulsifier which we developed, organization of online programming competitions. Our own host guarantees the accessibility of the digest at any time. The school appliance is used in the Mathematics and Science high school in Montana where it meets the approval of our school-mates and teachers.
