Arrangement device for monitoring of parameters of microwave resonators

Results of a design of a gage of Q-factors and resonant frequencies of resonance structures of millimeter range are represented. In the device two variants of measuring are realized: manual-with visual definition of required parameters through oscillogram, and semi-automatic-with digitalization of an information signal and its following program processing and retaining by means of a digital oscilloscope united with a computer.
