In modern electronic countermeasures, in order to interfere the normal work of reconnaissance receiver, the electronic jammer is usually used. For the wideband noise signal emitted by the jammer, the novel direction finding and localization algorithms are presented. In the direction finding(DF) algorithm, the time delay estimation is converted to the frequency estimation. The algorithm is not limited by the baseline length. Based on the high direction-of-arrival(DOA) precision, dual-station direction finding cross localization algorithm is adopted to obtain the accurate location of noise radiation source. The equipment is simple. Its amount of computation is less and it is suitable for the engineering realization. Computer simulation results show that the algorithms can achieve accurate direction and location of noise radiation source on the condition of long baseline.
