We propose a model in which solitons behave like leptons and quarks.An effective lagrangian is constructed for gauge fields and solitons, which leads to the same structure with the Weinberg•Salam model.*) This parametrization is different from the standard parametrization in terms of CP' mode!."The hidden UO) symmetry in Ref,S) corresponds to phase transformation of U(x).
