Recovering spectral information from unevenly sampled data - Two machine-efficient solutions
J. R. Kuhn · The Astronomical Journal · 1982
Astronomical data are often unevenly sampled. The problem of recovering a discrete Fourier transform is discussed, and two procedures for recovering an approximation to the transform are presented. Numerical examples suggest that the approach may be useful for many types of sample domains.
