Implementation of wideband integer and fractionaldelay element

An implementation of a fractional delay filter in combination with an integer delay-line that delivers both wide bandwidth and high resolution is presented. Another advantage of the proposed implementation is that it can have its delay adaptively changed at every sampling instant.
