A Case Study for Teaching System Requirements Analysis

ABSTRACT This paper presents an analysis of a semester course in System Requirements Analysis taught at the Klipsh School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Mexico State University. A real‐world model for product development was used with a life‐sized project. Methods and theory for product development were taught on an as needed basis. The lessons learned and insights gathered are presented.
