MIMI/G: A Graphical Environment for Mathematical Programming and Modeling

Chris Jones, Thomas E. Baker · INFORMS Journal on Applied Analytics · 1996

MIMI/G allows users to model their planning and scheduling problems graphically as well as textually. Users can view their models, data, and solutions as different types of graphs (networks). The graphical modeling capabilities are general enough to allow one to view and edit mathematical programs and expert system rules as graphs. MIMI/G has been successfully used by over 40 companies in 100 applications worldwide.
