I would like to thank Mr Tideiksaar for his comments, which certainly reinforce the thrust of the article. Digitalis toxicity must not be based only on the serum level of the drug. A feature of the CLINICAL CARDIOLOGY series is its brevity, and I regret that I did not make the points stated in the letter clear. I agree with all of Mr Tideiksaar's remarks.
