A Stable Selective Audio Amplifier

Julian M. Sturtevant · Review of Scientific Instruments · 1947

A selective audio amplifier is described, the center frequency and band width of which are readily changed. Both frequency-dependent and independent degeneration are used to give a high degree of stability and linearity. Direct coupling is used throughout each feedback loop, so that the circuit can be employed at very low frequencies.
