Implementation of G.729 algorithm based on ARM9

This paper analyzes optimization measures which need to implement the G.729 algorithm on ARM9 platform, and designs a set of the G.729 speech codec with the core S3C2440. This system can implement the speech codec by the experimental analysis, and verify the accuracy of the optimized algorithm through wave form comparison between the reconstructive and original speech.
