On Hartmann's error-recovery scheme

A.C.Hartmann has described a systematic method for producing recursive-descent parsers with built-in errorrecovery.S.Pemberton has proposed some improvements on it, including the avoidance of duplicate error messages.However, as we point out, there are still some cases left when such duplication may occur.We suggest further improvements for removing these cases.
