On the stability of non-linearly interconnected systems

Takashi Amemiya · International Journal of Control · 1981

It is shown that stability analysis of non-linearly interconnected systems with delays between subsystems can be reduced to the study of differential inequalities with non-negative variables. For stability analysis of differential inequalities the concept of M-function is shown to be useful. On the basis of these results, global and local stability conditions of interconnected systems are studied.
