MacWateqf: The Classic Speciation and Saturation Program Adapted to Macintosh Computers

Abstract This article presents MacWateqf, a version for Macintosh computers of the classic WATEQF program. This version of WATEQF can be used easily, as entry data do not need a rigid format, permitting the use of integer or real numbers, whether real or in scientific notation, with any quantity of decimals. Furthermore, a new program is also presented here: Mac Wat‐Intro, which makes it possible to create a datafile for WATEQF input with absolute ease.
