On the set of lower semicontinuity points of Lyapunov exponents of linear systems with a continuous dependence on a real parameter

We construct examples of families of linear differential systems with coefficients continuously depending on a real parameter for which the sets of points of lower semicontinuity of Lyapunov exponents treated as functions of that parameter are empty.
