A Note on the Bezoutian Matrix

A simple relationship is established between the Bezoutian matrix associated with two polynomials $a( \lambda )$ and $b( \lambda )$ and the matrix polynomial $b( A )$, where A is a companion matrix of $a(\lambda )$.
