Distributed power control in fading channel

Forchini and Miljanic in 1993 proposed the distributed power control algorithm under the assumption of constant channel loss. This assumption makes the algorithm difficult to adapt to a fast time-varying channel. In the present author's work, channel loss is treated as time-varying and a new modified equation is derived. The performance of this modification is simulated under the environment of a fast fading channel.
