In certain environment, IOT (Internet of Things) systems are with long time delay, interruption, low energy, and limited storage. The current Internet architecture and protocols are no longer valid for them. Current part-topological information routing algorithms of these networks are analysed in this paper. A double-slot and topology information based optimal routing algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm divides network living cycle into several time slots. Double-slot based routing can ensure most of the traffic completed before link interruption, which can offer tolerance for predictable link interruption. When choosing the optimal path, the proposed algorithm sets transmission delay and delay jitter rate as the path parameters to ensure reliability and stability of transmission. Due to the possibility of nodes fault, the proposed algorithm exploits alternate path to provide tolerance to unpredictable nodes fault. Simulation and performance analysis are implemented. Simulation results show that, with the proposed algorithm running in network, the success rate of data transfer is increased and the time delay is reduced without numerous redundant copies.
