Edinburgh University has been using Logo for about twelve years. This Institute recently designed a highly innovative Logo for use on the Nimbus computer in British schools. This paper describes the Nimbus briefly and sets out the features of the new version, drawing particular attention to parallel processing, data files, array operations, the ease with which you can add machine code extensions and a number of novel infix operators.
