Existence of Solutions for Some Singular Higher Order Boundary Value Problems

Abstract Solutions are obtained for the boundary value problem, yn + Ψ(x) f(x, y, y′, …,yn−1 − 0, yi(0) ‐ 0, 0, ≦ i ≦ k − 1, and yj(1) ‐ 0, k ≦ j ≦ n − 1, where Ψ(x) is singular at x ‐ 0, 1, and f(x, y1, …, yn) is singular at yi =; 0, 1 ≦ i ≦ n. The techniques involve topological transversality methods.
