Corrigendum: Stiff Stability of Multistep Multiderivative Methods

In the article mentioned in the title necessary and sufficient conditions for a convergent method to be stiffly stable have been given. With an example we show that these conditions are not sufficient. However these are sufficient for asymptotic $A({\pi / 2})$-stability. Moreover, by adding a further necessary condition these become sufficient for stiff stability. Examples to illustrate this further condition and asymptotic $A(\alpha )$-stability are given.
