New constraints and residual symmetry breaking in fine strings

We find two new constraints corresponding to the double reparametrizations in fine-string theory. Further it is shown that the residual reparametrization symmetry after the affine gauge fixing no longer exists, as a result of breaking of the affine symmetry in the fine structure of the string. Thus the affine gauge completely specifies the coordinates along the world sheet.
